While A Guy and His Grill will be providing the main course of deliciousness, we'd LOVE for you to bring a drink or a dessert to share. 

And of course if you are available to set up or clean up, please let us know when you RSVP.

Oh, and RSVP by August 6th to allow time to prepare. If you RSVP late, that is fine too, but RSVP on time are MUCH appreciated! Thank you!

Lastly, many THANKS to our PPWC Member and Treasurer, Diane Conger, for supporting our bbq this year. Not only is A Guy and His Grill her husband, Tim Conger, but Silverball Ranch is loved and cared for by her husband's parents, Richard and Valerie Conger. This is such a unique venue and opportunity to see and tour the famous Silverball Ranch ... join us! It's worth the price of admission *wink wink*

As we are splurging a bit this year, we are asking for a suggested donation of $10 per member. Please know that you will not be turned away.

Guests are required to have paid the $10 fee either online or in person.

The $10 donation will go directly to funding the barbecue.

DIRECTION TIPS + PARKING:

Be sure to enter SEBASTOPOL when looking for directions. This is off of Coffee Lane in Sebastopol, not SR. 

The first driveway on the right will be 1947 Coffee Lane. 

Parking is plentiful - it's best to pull down towards the lower barns, park there and walk up. There's a small paved parking area too for those that need to be closer.
